Course Booking Terms and Conditions
Booking Your Course To book your Alcatel-Lucent Course please contact Laurence Hornshaw on +33 298 143636 or email laurence.hornshaw(at)alcatel-lucent.com If you are an Alcatel-Lucent user please refer to your Business Partner. For all other courses please ask for a booking form and the following terms and conditions apply: - Payment Payment can be made by BACS, CHAPS or by cheque. The course fee must be paid, in full, no later than 14 working days prior to the start of the course. The Training Centre (Europe) Ltd reserves the right to re-allocate the course place to another delegate if fees are not paid on time. All Transfer charges (See Transferring Courses) must be paid for on receipt of the invoice. Failure to receive course fees in adherence with these terms will mean that The Training Centre (Europe) Ltd may request the payment from the delegate on the first day of the course. Late Payment In the event of late payment, The Training Centre (Europe) Ltd reserves the right to charge interest on all outstanding amounts at the rate of 2.5% per calendar month, or part thereof, from the date the payment became due until the date payment is received. Transferring Courses If a delegate wishes to transfer a booking to a later course there will be an administrative charge of 25% of the course fee if it is within 15 working days of the original course date. If that transfer is subsequently cancelled and the delegate fails to attend the course, the full fee remains payable. Cancelling Public Courses All cancellations to Public Course bookings must be made 15 working days prior to the start of a course. If a booking is cancelled within the 15 days or if the delegate fails to attend the course, the full course fee must be paid immediately. Cancelling Private Courses All cancellations to Private Course bookings must be made 20 working days prior to the start of a course. If a booking is cancelled within 19-15 days a cancellation fee of 25% of the full course fee will be charged. If cancellation is made within 14-10 working days prior to the start date of the course a cancellation fee of 50% of the full course fee will be charged. If less than 9 working days notice of cancellation is given the full course fee will be charged and must be paid immediately. For overseas Private Course bookings which are cancelled all flight and hotel bookings for our trainers or consultants must be paid for in full in addition to any cancellation fees due. Changing Delegate Details There will be a £25.00 administration fee if a substitute person from your organisation wishes to replace the original delegate on the same date and same course. Please call 08709 50 31 80 to notify our office of any change to the original booking. Changes and Cancellation of Courses by The Training Centre (Europe) Ltd All courses provided by The Training Centre (Europe) Ltd are constantly updated and improved and The Training Centre (Europe) Ltd reserves the right to alter any of the course content without prior notice. The Training Centre (Europe) Ltd reserves the right to cancel a course at any time without liability. In the unlikely event of this occurring delegates will be offered an alternative date, a credit note or a full refund. Course Notes and Training Neither The Training Centre (Europe) Ltd nor its employees, trainers or consultants can accept responsibility for delegates’ actions or those of other people reading the course material or accept responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of relying on the training or the training material supplied.
